Sir, i had booked complain of LED 40 TV for many time at your customer care services, and it was pendig for last 15 month, one year ago your company decide to replace LED, but till date it was not happen, and your service provider as not provide proper services and also not take serious matter eventhough i follow up weekly and many time and your service provider also damage image of company, so i final decide to write to you and go to legal action like Grahak Surksa, if not solve my problem within 10 days.
pl lookup this matter at seriously and do the needful.
