I \, neetu trehan r/o c-1-679, palam vihar gurgaon had purchased your washing machine lwms85l (pink flower) serial no lwms85l[protected] on[protected] thru your dealer m/s guru nank air tech p ltd, dundahera, gurgaon.
And surprisingly in the month of november 2015, the spinning wheel of the machine stopped working suddenly and i got electric shock also. i reported the matter to your dealer and they got it repaired with the promise /assurance of not getting the problem again.
Then again in january, 2016 the same spin tub problem came up which was again attended by your servicing staff with a repeated assurance of proper fuctioning of your product.
But shockingly, it again happened in march 2016 with a high voltage shock to me. this time i refused to get it repaired and asked for the replacement of the machine. then one of your staff mr. hitesh promised me to replace the machinein the condition of another chance.
Now, again on 15th july the machine soin tub stopped working and since that day i m chasing all the concerned persons to fulfill their promise to replace the machine but of no avail. i had a long chat with mr. sanjay kaushik and he ha dtalked so rudely with me and putting the entire blame on me for all this problem.
I would like to request you to look into the matter and solve the issue asap failing which i will have to move to the consumer court to get justice. Was this information helpful? |
