[Resolved]  Fullerton Credit India Limited. . . — Not presenting EMI on date / No information for 02 years / and finally my name reflects in CIBIL / Still no response from Fullerton

Dear Sir / Madam I had a loan from M/S. FULLERTON INDIA & the a/c
# [protected] , the 1st EMI which supose to fall on 05.07.2010 has
failed to present the ESC clearance by the above finance company &
presented on 18.07.2010 with out my knowledge & its got bounced & also
there is no information received to me by them still 02 years & now i
came to know by the different bankers & i meet the concern on FULLERTON
& paid that 01 EMI amount & they have sent me the MSG by return mail
that ' they have updated the CIBIL status as CLOSED,
Yes it is closed after they give me Loan topup again in 2012, But CIBIL records which
still reads my data as De-faulter, now no other bankers providing me any Loans
from Jan 2012 to Jan 2013 still i was following up with Fullerton team over mailer / Telephone
but still they wanted more time to solve this issue,
Can some one please suggest me for how & what is the way to get re-solved from this
