[Resolved]  LICHFL, Thanjavur — Converting housing loan from floating to fixed

Hello Sir,

I have taken housing loan of rs 31.5 lakhs from LIC housing finance in yr 2008 at interest rate of 10.25% for 20 yrs. Now they are charging me 11.65%. For new customers they are offering loans between 10.25 to 11, but not reducing my interest rates. I approached them to convert my floating loan to fixed and they are saying it not possible...

Please advice what should be done so that i can move this loan to fixed amount..
