[Resolved]  Lodha Group — constuction and maintenance defects

FROM I M RAO UTOPIA C303 DEFECTS 1 The wall of the bed room adjucent to the common bath room got damp with seepage of water and blisters are formed on the wall. This is due to leakage of pipes joint of the bath room and bed room.Hence the joint of pipes and damaged wall are to be repaired . 2 This bed room door is defective as the bleeder on the top was not pasted . 3 A similar flaw also is existing to the adjucent bed room with attached bath room, and the wall is in damp with seepage of water due to leakage of pipes joint inside the wall.Here also the joint and wall are to be repaired . 4 T he toilet flush is not working in the wooden floor master bed room and black stain is formed in the toilet which cannot be cleaned with buckets of water . Immedaite action has to be to repair flush and stain. 5 In the master bed room the wooden flooring was not properly pasted at the entry door point and also at the exit point towards the balcony and in due course, humps and cracks will be formed in those areas . To be repaired 6 T he floor of the marble floor is not polished . 7 . After our inauguration some body entered and removed glass shutters of the window in bath room. . I feel From this atmosphere, I suspect some body is staying in the flat, and how he is getting the key of the door is not known. I reported this matter to sriram fm office 15 days ago but I don’t know the present progress and action Hence I sincerely request you to take immediate action for repairs of the construction defects prior to the further detoriation, a and also delay to my ccupation. After few months, humps and cracks will be formed in those areas. The wooden flooring in these areas need to be properly set and cured. 6 The floor of the marble floor is not polished and needs another polishing run. Hence I sincerely request you to take immediate action for repairs of the construction defects prior to any further deterioration. Geetika Datta — 1 starHello. I own a flat at Lodha Splendora, GB Road Thane. I got possession of the flat in April 2015 however have not been able to complete work and move in due to water seepage from the ceiling and walls which has been happening since June and has been raised twice already. I am very dissatisfied as I have had to incur huge losses in terms of money, time and energy due to faulty construction.
