We booked a flat in Lodha Fiorenza and the initial possession date was September 2014. But after taking 95% of the money for the flat, they first delayed the possession to January 2015 and now are unsure whether they will be able to deliver even by December 2015, a delay of 18 months. That date also seems highly unlikely with the current progress.
From their side, if you delay their payment by even one day, they charge an interest rate of 24%, which is just absurd. And now when they are delaying, there is zero compensation from them.
All the consumer's housing planning go haywire. Along with the loan interest rate, we have to pay our monthly rent as well.
Anyone else facing the same issue? Any solution in the case?
