I have got hair smoothening done from looks after which it is supposed to stay for more than 8 months its a chemical procedure. They have spoiled my hairs i saw after 4-5 days my hairs were spoiled procedure was not done properly i asked them to refund my amount owner misbehaved and abused and denied to refund and even head office in delhi hands up they cant help in refunding.
