Loop Mobile — complaint about billing...

Dear sir, This is to inform you that from last one month i have registered a complaint that i am not getting my loop mobile bill payment on my yahoo id and this is the 2nd month i am facing the same problem i did not get my bill yet on my yahoo id...but at the same time i am getting messages from your side that u guys have send me the bill on my id but whenever i chek my e-mail i dont get my loop mobile bill...and your executives are so bad that they dont even know how to solve the costumers problem...and why you guys are sending me so much bill amount...please look into it and solve the problem...
