Dear Team, This has the reference to my Loop Mobile no. [protected] obtained by me in Mumbai around 1996 when it was BPL Mobile. I had then paid a refundable deposit of Rs.3000.00. I was informed that the same will be refunded to me once I have completed the porting formalities with Vodafone due to their Airtel merger which I had done a few months back. I am yet to receive the refund.
