Dear Sir, My refund of Loop mobile deposit IDBI cheque was dishonoured and it showed that the Bank account is freezon. Whom do I Approach now.. the amount is over Rs.15000.00 and I there is no body to contact. I have receipts of cheque dishonoured. Regards Tejas
