Loop Mobile — security refund

. I had an outstanding to my credit for an amount of Rs.6500 . It had an outstanding credit for an amount of Rs.6500. We moved to AIRTEL as LOOP was supposed to get merged with AIRTEL in the month of Nov'2014. The gallery informed that the amount will be refunded in 90 days but now its 6 month and nothing is receive. If you could just help me out regarding the same.
