Loreal — Useless hair colour

I have used this loreal casting creme gloss twice now once in a salon and now at home but both 500 and 530 shades are nonsense.my hair were dark brown. i coloured them to choclate but they got black. what the??...wasted my 600rs...better would be to donate the money to charity rather than buying this stupid colour. now my hair are looking worse

I am doing straightening from 2006, it's been 14years everything was going great but from the last two years I have done straightening 4 times and the results are horrible, I am not satisfied at all, it all goes away in 15 days... I believe that the cream has changed, since 2 years they say that the cream is oil based... Please do something I am fed up of my hair being played on !
