Sir, I am a Tata Docomo customer my prepaid sim card number is [protected]. I lost my mobile phone 20/04/2015 in the morning 9:00am clock. Please deactivate the service. I have lost this number. Kindly block this sim and issue a new one. [protected]
Please call[protected] from another number (chargeable) and report the loss of phone and get the outgoing services blocked to avoid misuse of the phone.
