[Resolved]  Lotto Sport — Regarding claim for Shoe

I have purchased a shoe from your Hazratganj showroom, Lucknow with invoice no. T0031/01313 dated October 17, 2014. The same was found defected after 2 month and the claim for the same is made by Hazratganj Showroom. They informs me that the same is rejected by the co. by giving the reason physical Damage. But the same is not a physical Damage. Please take the matter in review & also take necessary action regarding the same.
