Lotto Sport — regarding sports shoe

Sir i myself dr santosh from Bkn purchase a shoe from lotto outlet SSIPL lifestyle dated 5 jan 2015.within 20 days shoe torn from backside so i went to showroom for replacement. but they give me after 20 days with repairing that shoe.after 10 more days shoe net torn out.so i again go to showroom but this time they said me that you wear this shoe till whole net not turn out from outside to inside.plz tell me that how can i wear a fatta hua shoes.again go to showroom but response was very poor.so plz tell me what can i do.or go for consumer forum.my mobile no is [protected]
