Sir,

This is quite shameful matter for the big company (IOC) and its working system is worst.
Let me share my problem, my consumer No is 17085, my order No-[protected], towards this order I received my cylinder on 5th Feb.14. cash memo No-[protected], dt 1/2/14. My Agency is trimurti gas agency vikaspuri Delhi.

earlier this cash memo, it was announced gas will be delivered on actual rate basis, yet I have been charged Rs 1134. I already submitted my adhar No to agency and bank which I have receiving Copy. This my seventh cylinder
Yet extra amt charged.


I make call time to time about my balance amt to your customer care, this was replied upto 24th Feb your cash bill be transferred, now when I am calling on 25th it is replied wait next 15 days.

It is time to next cylinder delivery yet my money is not sent me back,

You are requested look into the matter and make it solved soon and take an action for further customer problem.

Please don, t make me forced to take legal action in this regard.
