[Resolved] LPG — non-delivery and intimidation

my consumer no-617479, i made booking about 25 days back, but gas not delivered, again i booked, again gas not delivered and booking cancelled. now again i booked and booking no-206118. but bolpur majumdar gas says that gad to be collected from the shop and not to be delivered at home.

Updated by rudra kinshuk i, kamalika mitra find it inconvenient to collect the gas cylinder from the shop but many often they force me to collect it from the shop, if not booking is cancelled within 10-12 hours.
