[Resolved] Luxekart — Fraud | |||
I had ordered shoes from luxekart on 26-7. They promised to deliver within 1 week. However they delivered me after 11 days. On checking the product delivered was wrong. So i asked them to replace it. They took the product back through fedex and said they will send ordered product when they receive the wrong product back. In this whole process they did not refund my money. The fedex collected the product from me on 9-8. When i contacted luxekart on 12-8 and 13-8 they said they have not received the product as yet, while fedex tracking website says the product has been delivered to them on 11-8 already. I have not been getting any reply from luxekart nor are they refunding my money nor giving me right product. I have photo evidence, conversation record since placing order, and video evidence of handing the product back to fedex. Was this information helpful? | |||

After read all comments, i don’t agree with, because I have bought a “MICHAEL KORS” watch order no is: 23465565. Watch was 100% original, authentic and got all credentials with the watch. They are the biggest fraud in India. Selling fake Chinese goods, Do not trust them, They will take money and will not refund even if you ask.
They do operate from Chandigarh for sure but keep on changing company name so that no one can trace them.

Ordered shoes on August first then they delivered the wrong product . A reverse product was organised for the same and then picked up after which no response and no answer from them .
We should get these guys . Im taking them to court .

I have ordered a LV bag with them, first the online status was shown " On hold", when enquired they said it will be delivered by 25th Sept,
Today neither their site is opening nor their phone numbers are reachable .
Seems like they have closed the shop and ran with money .

This is the biggest fraud company doing business in India I have ordered for Gucci belt first they promised me it is an original Gucci and later I found it duplicate and when I m calling them they are not responding.pls friends don't buy anything from all products are fake here, after taking money from you they will vanish pls pls alert all people don't deal with these fraud cheaters .my order no was [protected]
i had ordered a bottega bag and it was delivered to me the next day, however they did not send any credentials with the bag so im not sure if it is real or fake. i am planning on taking it to the store and getting it verified.
same with me.i also have ordered shoes and they have send me the wrong size.they took back the parcel through feddex and now neither their site is working nor they are replying. bloody frauds.plz suggest something what to do next.

I had ordered shoes from luxekart on 10-9. They deliver me within 1 week. On checking the product i found it was not my order product they delivered some cheep quality shoe. So i mailed them 17th Sep and asked them to replace it or refund my money. Today when i'm trying to contact them there is neither number nor their web site is opening. It looks they have cheated me also we should not leave them.
I'd ordered a bag from them back on the 21st of August. Received the courier on the given day as promised. But when I opened it, it was the wrong bag. They arranged for a reverse pick up through FedEx. And told me that I'll receive the bag within 2-3 working days. And it's been more than a month I've been trying to trace them but to my horror, their numbers are unreachable, they don't reply to emails, website doesn't exist any longer. The are absolute frauds. The people who claimed to take responsibility from their end were Vikram, Prashant and one Pankaj. They should for sure be taken to court.

when i contact to them they promise to change the article with size 'L' . than they gave me the facility of Reverse Pick-Up through First Flight courier service and after two days they receive the material (checked on First Flight online Tracking). But guys till date i have not receive the material nor they refund my money. The only thing i get from them is "we are going to dispatch your material by today itself".
i have all the conversation, first flight receipt, their delivery status and other evidences also with me.

we went thru a a similar experience, their mohali office address apparently is Luxecart Ecommerce, Plot 940 Industrial Area, Chandigarh 160002.
We should file a FIR against them on this address. These people are major frauds and have taken many people for a ride. They have to be taken to task and fixed.
