Macromax — Issue related to non proper service

Hello, This is vishal soni and i had given my phone in service center i.e. V Care Mobitron who always say to talk to customer care and cutomer care say to contact service center and both are not helping and making me full . This people even not returning my phone which i gave in macromax service center and now its more than 2 month my phone is with them. so like to make people aware this macromax brand is unless better to go for samsung or other brand.
