I want to bring in your Notice to SDO NAVEEN GOAYAL of area Ranjeet vihar loharka road that inspite you have disconnected the Meter of Account number A22NG601131X on the basis that Check given by Tenant RAJESH TALAR has been dishnoured by bank and electrcity bill is pending on 27th of Nov you have disconnected the meter but i saw yesterday that he still using the electricity by theft by illegally connecting the cut wires again.
although my father has brough this in your notice by phone call but i dont see any action against the tenant who is stealing electrcity even when you are aware of full matter now.
