[Resolved]  Madhur Courier — Package not Received and now returing back

Dear Team, I had a parcel from Katni(M.P.) to Delhi(Mayur Vihar Ph I, Delhi) status is showing :- 07-Aug-2014 06:12 PARCEL MANIFEST OUTWARD janta exp Parcel Manifested at DELHI-{316} to BHOPAL-{12} By:SURFACE for KATNI Pcs: 1 Reamrks: RTO I talked to delivery incharge(Neeraj/ Shiresh Yadav) shahdara at [protected] but he said yes article is returned back and now he is asking me to call bhopal branch and request them to send it back to delhi. Please tell me why this happened because mine ph nos are also mentioned on courier ... why didnt they called me if they were unable to find the address... who is responsible for all this delay.
