I also got cheated in a similar manner. I got a call from a person called Rohit Malhothra (Ph No . [protected]) from SBI cards informing that a discount of 20% is available on all purchases which will be linked to SBI card in addition to gifts. Accordingly, a sum of R. 6753 has been debited after accepting the details through IVR. The transaction happened on 8/11/2014 evening around 6 PM. Got a similar call for for the ICICI Bank and escapaed in that case. I received Junk gifts, Lotto Shoe (Which may not cost more than Rs. 1000) and artificial Silver articles value less than Rs. 500. All discount vouchers are useless and need to pay upfront fees as well for using those vouchers. This is a total Fraud and all these are done by the agents of the Mad On deals and the company should be prosecuted. We should collectively file a complaint and take the process further.
