Madurai Kamaraj University — Degree certificate for master of science

I completed my degree of master of science from madurai kamraj university by second class marks (July-2009 to june-2011). My registration number is 10a5920153 and my center code is 852. I applied for my convocation certificate last year by deposited 1500 rs as certificate fee through bank of baroda demand draft, but till i didn't get my original certificates and there is no response from the university, so i kindly request the relevant authorities to take my request and kindly sent my certificates as soon as possible.
