[Resolved] Madurai Meenakshi Travels — VERY WORST SERVICE | |||
I booked a ticket for my wife from Chennai to Madurai on 30.05.14, with Madurai Meenakshi Travels, through Redbus.in(Ticket No.TG6V[protected]. I wondered even in this modern world, people like these stupids are existing for cheating people. Ticket fare was Rs.999/- and the bus was about to started by 11.15 p.m and to reach madurai by 7 A.M. But the driver didnt even cross Vandalur even after 2 A.M, with no reasons. And he just crossed Samayapuram by 7 A.M. Being paid my complete fare, I deserve to get the committment to be completed or I should know the reason. Was this information helpful? | |||

I happened to travel with my family from Madurai to Villupuram on 13.08.2017. I enquired about the start time with the person in charge. The person in charge told me that the bus will start in about 10 mins. It was around 2.45 pm when I boarded. The bus literally started at 5.30 pm almost a delay of 2 and half hour. To reach Pondy from Villupuram, I had to spend 1500/ for taxi, which could have been avoided had the bus started in time. The service was very pathetic. The TV was not working. The charge was also very hefty. It was about Rs. 650/ per person.
Had I been informed about the real start timing, I never would have boarded the bus.
