[Resolved]  Times Of India / Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd — non delivery of annual subscription newspaper

We have subscribed for annual Newspaper plan in January 2013.
And a cheque of 299/- has been deposited on the name of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.
The cheque was realised by 7th of Feb but till date we have not received newspaper.

The sales person, Balu took the cheque but I cannot contact him. He visited me in Iyyapanthangal, Chennai-56.
