[Resolved] Maggi Noodles — their offer is fraudulent | |||
Maggi Har 2 minutes mai khushiya offer is a fraud. i have sent sms of the packet token number and received call from Nestle office. They said that i have won the price and taken all my details like name address etc. i have been told that the gift will reach me in a weeks time. But that never happened. After posting a complaint on Maggi's web site i once again received a call and was told that it will take more time. When i asked what prize did i won, they said they dont have any idea about it. I asked do i have to complete some formalities for the gift they again gave me the same reply that they have no idea about it. Then after a weeks time on 29th Dec'13 I received a SMS from Maggi wherein they gave me some Unique ID. Till date i have not received any call/Sms from them... Complain to amit abh bachchan their brand ambassador.
Complain to amitabh bacchan is no solution. His job is to promote the product and collect his fees. The best recourse is the Hon'ble Consumer Court. Its inexpensive and wait for the verdict. Preserve carefully the infested noodles having a cockroach as an exhibit in Court and take a photo-proof of the product. Involve Nestle and Amitabh Bachchan parties in your case. You will be rendering great consumer service to the lakhs of aggrieved consumers and next time the manufacturers and sponsors will be extra careful. its time consuming but give it a try. Jaago grahak jaago. Do it.
