[Resolved] Magic Holidays — Non refund and cancellation of amount within 10-15 days | |||||
I was called to the magic holidays office at gulmohar park, ahmedabad on[protected] for 45 mins presentation. They explained various schemes and said price is only for today. At last said there is scheme for less amount only for today(Which was totally false) -scheme of rs40000/-(Magic recharge). They said you can pay by installment hence i paid rs15000 by cc and then 2nd day executive came home to take advance cheque for rest amount. But then when i tried to contact various customer care nos available on website on[protected] i got info the nos is switched off. Finally i emailed for cancellation from[protected] onwards, even after repeated mails there was no answer. Finally when i called their office they said cancellation is not possible but you do full payment and will do some alternate arrangement. I told do alternate arrangement in 15000 only.But they will keen on saying that we will extend your emi by some months( 2/3) in special cases. I said then do cancellation in special cases as i told. Even though i have all coupons of it but they are not ready for refund/cancellation. Its really not good if they cant do any refund/cancellation for rs15000/emi then how can anyone trust for rs40000/-. They are framing rules on their own. At last there is no description in letters i received that cancellation/refund is not possible. They are saying that it cannot be cancelled in any way. I am filing the case in consumer court. Ref: mr/ahm/0051 and executive Attachments of my documents. I request other members also not to fall prey of this as they change their rule and regulation only in their favour. I called the mumbai head office on 24-feb-2016 they started changing statements, previously they say 20-feb is the date for refund and then she changed and said i have to go for cancellation on 19th(that also in office and not by email). Further the ahmedabad office told that 20th is not the date for refund it is older than that. I said the number on website is wrong, she said you received kit in that number is right. So they are just changing their statements so that REFUND is not possible.

Their site number is switched OFF, further they i should have informed by the KIT received. However the kit was recieved on 18-Feb-2016 and I called on 17-Feb-2016. They added the executive should be intimated BUT in this whole compliant process the executive did not come into picture and only the local manager called and not even MUMBAI head office, who say sir what should i do?
Once again I called the mumbai ho on 29-Feb-2016, they transferred my call to feedback section. When I called again the person said I do not know anything the lady at reception is not PRESENT. When I called on the number:[protected] which i received in kit, the lady said said it is not of magic holidays. So finally they don't have any numbers right and further The company is only for receiving money and when it comes to REFUND they do not bother even after 10 days..Company is really a cheat..I called about 2 others numbers like[protected] and[protected] but of no use.
I Received email from Magic Holidays on 1-March-2016 stating that I will not get any REFUND. Please do the needful. My next will be to file a court case in which they do fraud and say false statements.
The employee/executive Ananya Shrivastva told all false statements that this is for today only and then even within 10 days there are not refunding.

Why are you not replying with proofs of 10 days period acknowledged by me for membership no.MH/MUM/5193.
I will file a case against staff Bhavna, Mangesh and magic holidays soon.I will use social media to blacklist magic holidays if I do not get my full refund of more than 4 lakh Rs.

VERY VERY VERY POOR BHEVAIOUR WITH CUSTOMER
NO COMMAN SENSE HOW TO BHEAVE WITH CUSTOMER IN MAGIC TRAVES BHOPAL Very very very bad behaviour with customers. Please please don't take membership if your money is precious other wise you will trapped by them and lost your precious money as we are. Don't trust any executive on any matter they all says lie and make you trap.
