Dear Sir,

I have ordered dhanlaxmi yantra (laxmi locket) of Rs. 1100/- from tv teleshopping, Address. M-40, Sec 38 Gurgaon, Haryana, pin 121001 Mob. [protected]. instead of Laxmi locket in advertisement but they delivered the wrong product as Sai baba locket on 11.10.2016 through blue dart courier vide docket number [protected] (ref No.[protected]. afterward I contacted to the customer care of the same firm for the replacement of locket and he told that send the details and snaps of the item to their whatsapp number([protected]). I did the same and they have not responded and even they are not answering the phone call too. In view of the above it is requested that the item may be replaced at the earliest, otherwise money may be refunded. it is also requested that strict disciplinary action taken to this firm for cheating their customer.
