Mahadiscom — Charging of Current Interest in Bills | |||
My consumer no. is[protected], BU is 4636 Sanghavi Pune. For last 18 months interest is being charged in my bill though there is no arrears. I have been paying all bills in time online. I have made 6 complaints online so far, all have been closed with status as "Closed" or " Resolved". I met concerned person in the office two times, and given written complaint. The officer in charge is never available. I am paying this extra amount of Rs 200 nearly every month, and this is getting increased/compounded every month. I always pay all my bills in advance. I have paid my bills in advance for the last five years. Even now the latest demand =0. But they are changing me Current Interest. This month it is Rs 57.46. This is a fraud.
Instead of paying me interest on the amount of my advance deposit, they are charging me money???
Who is responsible for this?
