[Resolved] Mahadiscom — High billing -MSEDCL Consumer No.[protected]I066 | |
Sir,
It is observed from the bills pertaing to my MSEDCL Consumer No.[protected]I066 that the billing has been very high since March 2014.Earlier billing was in the range of Rs.1500/= to Rs.1800/=, however since March the billing have increased to Rs.5000/= plus .Consumption has increased from average 250 units before March 2014 to 500 plus units after March 2014.
I therefore request you to urgently look into the matter about tampering of the meter or fast running faulty meter or if some one is drawing current through my meter.
Last year I was billed in one month Rs.40000/= plus due to billing without meter reading for many months resulting billing in higher slabs.correction took along time after gruelling followup and lacksdial attitude of staff at Kharghar Office.
I therefore request you to urgently look into the matter before matter gets serious as I will not be able to pay the bills of Rs.5000/= plus every month.
Expecting serious look by your officials in the matter.
