[Resolved] Mahadiscom — Large Light Bill | |||
I am very much frustrated with the service given by MSEB. No one is bothered about the things are going on in the Diva Sub Shil MSEB office no one is there to listen our problems. From last 8 months we are complaining about the light bill to MSEB Diva Shil office but everyone is busy in doing their personal work and asking to go to next counter itself. The amount of bill is very high which we could not afford and which is not at all used by us. A 4 person family using 3 Tubes, 2 Fans, Freeze, Washing Machine, TV Etc should be billed more or below 1000/- which can understandable. But if the bill comes Rs. 80, 000/- which is something serious and need to be worry. Please take this up with your high authority and solve the problem at the earliest before your person come and cut our meter. One more thing I want to highlight here the bill is coming on different meter (Pic shown in Bill) and the Units counts as same as previous where as our meter is working properly.
