this is regarding excess billing for consumer number[protected] name Sanjay Ahuja shop number G31 wing A jayantinagari iv BESA Nagpur440037.
During the month of Dec 2020 energy bill of Rs 410/- waspaid by the above conumer. the receipt of bill was also shownin payment history in the next energy bill for the month of Jan 2021. But whilw forwarding thr bill of supply bill this amount shown as outstanding and being added...

I paid electric bill amounting 14, 920/- on 01/3/21 at 9:54 am through Google pay for ग्राहक क्र. [protected] Due to system error I made extra another two transactions amounting 14, 590/- each on 01/3/21 at 09:54 am. Mistakenly I paid 28, 210/- rupees extra to MSEDL for electrical bill.
I forwarded written application to MSEDL subedar layout electric section Tukdoji putla Nagpur. They are saying no revert back.br...

Have been a consumer of torrent power from the past 7 years and have paid all my dues but due to covid my factory got shut and applied for disconnection, my depsoit is still balance from the past 10 months i visit torrent they say go to msedcl and viceversa
@MSEDCL is this the way you treat your customers.

Hi Respected Sir/Madam,

In Oct 2020 I get electric bill of 653 units while for previous bill I sees the bill is of only 11-20 units which is very less.

As in oct 2020 the units gets 653 by your mistake through the reader mistake or any other corona related issue. I want to divide those units to Dec-2019 to Sept 2020 month. So that the charge of oct bill gets reduce.

Recently new street lights are installed and inaugurated by Hon. Chandrkant Patil. Since last 2 days they are switched off and not working. Pl act immediately and fix the problem....

Hello, my consumer number is[protected] and meter number associated with the consumer number is [protected]. The meter billings are enormously high considering the usage of electricity. I submit new connection form and payment to MSEB office, Shevgaon, Dist -Ahmednagar Pin- 414502.
After payment done, officers said delay to connection and give reasons that meter is not available. Kindly look into it....

Sir/Madam, I do not stay in the flat and it it is not occupied by anyone, but the December 2020 electricity consumption is showing as 253 units and the amount to be paid is showing as Rs. 2530/=.
Now, in Feb 2021 it is again showing as 253 units for Feb 2021 and the combined amount to be paid as Rs. 4530/=

Kindly rectify the error. For your information I am attaching the bill copy.
