Myself Shri Vishwarkarma Mangaru Ramji. Customer No.[protected] request you to kindly cross check with the bill usage according to my meter no is 764139 using curently, and hence I am wrongly being charged every month with the meter no [protected] which dose not exist from last 2years and may be above due to meter being faulty and was changed. Yet it has not being entered in your account on my name. The person who changed the meter was not the new meter but used meter was being replaced in place of faulty meter, Whereas I paid the amount of 1500 for change of the meter as its cost. The name of the Technician is Prakash Tambure. Currently my outstanding as per my current bill with wrong meter no is Rs.30260. As per my electricity consumption is about 120 Kwa per month. My last paid amount Rs.1580 in the month of 22th December 2015. I have made complained three times in the same issue with PimpriGaon branch. Its my humble request you to kindly go through the issue, and resolve the problem soon as possible. Below I am attaching the picture of the meter that I am currently using it. Thanking you.
