Hello sir, We stay in kharghar Sec 10 and the consumer no:[protected] We are getting bill of approx 2800 from last 2 months of the meter is faulty how come they have charged us 2800 per month it was there responsibility to change meter if they are not able to read it rather they just created a bill with average charge in the month of March and April our bill was more due to summers and they have calculated on the basis of that due to there mistake why should I pay 5900 now for 2 months we had already raised a complaint last month that the meter is showing faulty in bill still they didn't change it and now again they generate a bill of 2800. We were not even at home for 15 days how come a person can use this much of electricity in 15 days we just have a fridge which we never off apart from that nothing is there which is used for the whole day we are working people we stay at home only for 12 hours how come a person can use this much electricity in 12 hours.
