Dear sir Name-lotan sada patil (at-patharde, tal-shirpur, dist-dhule) Consumer no.[protected] Billing unit-5576 shirpur-ii Our last 3 month bill has shown a unit count of jul, augast & september-2016 months meter reading is very high compared to our other last 12 months count which on average never crossed 50 unit. our activity in last month has been almost the same which does not explain the unexpected surge in the number o[censored]nits. we have complained many times but no one has even visited. I also requested to assistant engineer shirpur-ii (sub divisio-untavad), he was also given in written that his person came for check mete problem, but no one come to my home. Tried to register complaint many a time over phone however there is no response only recorded msg was getting repeated. Other no [protected] is not working. There is frequent electricity loss appeox 3 times a day without any reason. There is no load shedding in our area then need to understand reason 4 loss of power.
