Dear sir, Myself mr. Nandkumar murlidhar jadhav Row house=22, Meadows mystique, Behind splendour park, Near wagheshwar temple, Lohgaon road, wagholi, pune Pin=412207 My customer no=[protected] I register complaint against faulty metre change on 07.01.2016 at your wagholi office Than after my metre has been changed on 29.01.2016. But after that i getting monthly metre bills as per average of 312 units as 1) february'2016=312 units 2) march'2016=312 units 3) april'2016=312 units In every bill mentioned current units= metre change My new metre number = 6403316 manufacturer date =07/14 Manufacturer name =genus power infrastructures ltd. Now my new changed electric metre reading is = 505 units from start. I made 5 times complaint & personal visit with mr. Vairagar (Mobile =[protected]) at wagholi office. He always making statement that don't pay monthly bills & next time get corrected bills. Than after i received 3 bills. After 4 months over after changed new metre i not receiving monthly bills as per actual change new metre reading. After so many complaints not getting solution. I hereby requesting you that please solve my above problem & reply me at earliest possible. Kindly do need fully. Thanking you with warm regards & respect.
