Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — High electricty bill for the month of Sep'15

Dear Sir, My consumer no. is[protected] and billing unit is 4636. For the month of June-Aug'15, I received electricity of bill approximately 400 rupees on an average but suddenly in the month of Sep'15, I received bill of 1500 rupees. This issue is observed in other flats also in my society. After the complaints, meters have been replaced in society. I have sent the mail for the same to [protected]@ho.mahadiscom.in but still there is no reply. Can you please look into the issue and suggest whether and why I should pay the bill of this amount.
