Disruption of power supply. My consumer no is [protected].(Name : ramesh kamath).I am staying at suvidha-a/10, manisha nagar, kalwa-400605. Yesterday power supply was very inadquate-very dim.Power supply completely stopped yesterday night at 10pm onwards and till 1pm today power supply not been resumed. No sleep/no water. Their customer care tel nos are farse, useless, only kills consumer's time, money and patience. Today morning from 8.00am to 9.30am, i tried those nos, but got only rining sound.Just my bp gone up. I feel there is no accountability in the company.If power supply is not resumed within few hours, concerned officer should be terminated from service. I agree to pay 5% of my bill, as extra to msedcl if there is no single power cut. Similarly, msedcl must fix accountability on their staff and impose penalty on them if power cut goes beyond one hour.There should be a system detailing reason for the power cut.These power cuts are very common in kalwa each month.If the management is able to stop power theft or not able to stop these constant power cuts, then management is inefficient and i feel they are also part of these thefts or fruads.Please priviatise these power supply contracts.This stops wasting my money / public money.
