Myself Kalachand Gangopadhyay is a regular customer ( Customer id[protected] of your Co. I used to pay my electrical bill amout by HDFC credit card in every month. Pl refer my Transanction ID - [protected]. In-spite of that some crew member from your company came to my flat to Disconnect the Power connection today. I am so surprise that without checking payment status how the person dare to act like this without giving prior intimation. Pl do your duty in correct way.
