Mahanagar Gas — Purposely charge Interest and don't send bill on time

Since 4 months I did not received Bill. I tried contacting then through email about my bill but they don't even bother to reply. Later I got busy with my work so I forgot tht i have not received Bill on time. I got Bill now after 5 months and they charged me late payment charges of Rupees 106/- and now they r not helping me. CONSUMER no:[protected] BP no: [protected] These guys r cheating the customers and when I called them now and sent them email they said they will get back to us but now it's due date and they did not reply me and forcibly now I have to pay the charges or else next time again they will charge me interest.
