I have a mtnl landline connection with a triband connection. The billing for the calls is usually low and the major part is on account of triband usage. However the charges are going up for no apparent reason. Injan and feb 2016, the phone bill was about rs 670/-. For the next two months it came to about rs 1670/-.in june and july it suddenly shot up to rs 3660/- and the latest bill is in excess of rs 11000/-. I cannot understand why this has happened and have not got a response to my online complaint so far.

Its unbelivable but i still get bills for Land line though meter reads 0 the instrument surrendered internet disconnected long back.
Kindly resolve my problem. My no is[protected] Nil block Malaviya nagar n.delhi.

I hav upgraded my plan 2 weeks ago, but i am not receiving that much speed.I upgraded my plan to 4mbps at 1395 but still i get a speed of 50kbps and more than that, i have complained about that a lot of time but no one did it for me.This is a very big problem for me.so i want you to look into the matter so soon as you can.
