Happening since 08/04/2016
Complained various times from 08/04/2016 till date (19/05/2016)
The complaints are been closed without customer consent and are not responding to the emails and calls to their office.
The same problem is escalated from sde to de to dgm to gm to ad of the division but all are keeping deaf ear towards this.
Executive till gm have already stepped in to the resolution of problem is what they are saying but it sees no action or betterment towards the complaint.

Ed who's there to support for the complaints, complaints made to him never reached to him as what he confirms on call (Call recording available)

Looking for better resolution with permanent sort!
