We wish to bring to your notice about functioning of our two telephone lines which stands unattended till date starting from last two year. There are so many complaints registered against the given landlines Nos[protected] & 26383422.

We are being billed every month for both the lines which are not functional and we have been regularly paying.

Please let us know as to who in your department can help resolve our long standing issue and make both the lines work properly IMMEDIATELY before we are constrained to be done with your connections and go for private service providers.
