Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Unable to receive unique portability code (upc) from mtnl | |||
Hi, my mobile number is [protected] and am a resident in mumbai. I want to change my operator from mtnl to vodafone. For that, i am requesting upc from 7th october 2016, from about 7.15 pm. I messaged to 1900 for about 7-8 times. But, i am not receiving any message from 1901. I even tried to contact customer care of mtnl. But, they don't even have an idea of how to port a number.
