[Resolved]  Maharaja Whiteline — worst service support about Maharaja mixer juicer grinder

I would never ever used any Maharaja product and advice other not to take also.I purchased a juicer mixer grinder on the occasion of Dhanteras on 21 October 2014 and first time used it 23 at night. We found that middle jar is not working. In between it was holiday So we complained it on 27th October. The engineer from Maharaja came and changed washer only.Even though I told person to check properly and same day only we used it again after putting stuff it hasn't worked. Again we complained and this time no one was responding properly.Finaly one person again changed washer .I told add stuff and then check it first. Then he told coupler of middle jar is slipped and need to change with cost of Rs. 40. Why we should pay if its not working from the first day. If I start paying Rs. 40/day from the first day of purchase due to inferior quality of coupler, then I will pay another grinder cost within 60 days. So its better you take your product back. I will switch to other brand with this product and rest home appliances. I have purchased many products so far but the service support is quite disappointing and there is huge hidden charges that neither have been mentioned anywhere in the packaging nor in the product. Eventually, this product very worst as well as terribly failure and I am not going to use any product of Maharaja in future and will advice the same to others. Thanks Anuradha Kumari
