Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Complaining about always delay and faulty msrtc buses

Dear sir/ madam,

My name is yogesh, and i used to travel from shrirampur to pune and vice versa via our msrtc bus. i am always facing issue like the busses are not available on time on both shrirampur and pune bus stand.
Today (2nd nov 2016) i am traveling from shrirampur to pune in bus (shrirampur-shivaji naga+ (mh14, bt 3742);02/11/16;ord;08:00) the bus starts at 8:15am from shrirampur and reaches tarkpur stand at 10:30am, bus tooks 2:15 mins time to cross the 64kms and in tarkpur stand driver said thete is issue with the starring, the concern is why the bus does not checked from shrirampur stand itself. because of that the we lost 1 hour in tarkpur bus stand. as per the schedule the bus should reach the pune by 1 pm, but it might reach at 2/3pm.
I have flight from pune at 6 pm, i might miss this.
I faced such issue many times, and because of that i missed my important work.
I kindly request you, please try to look in this issue and try to resolve as soon as possible. i appreciate you help in advance.
