Mahender Singh — Complaint against Il-legal property construction without having any ownership document - Hauz Khas Police station

Respected sir I Mahender singh a resident of village 84 Masjid moth South ex-2 New Delhi 110049 would like to draw your kind attention over the act of the Un authorised construction by Munshi Ram and His sons over the land in which I Have Un divided right of ownership .The above named Munshi Ram who is my uncle did not stop and without any valid partition had started raising un authorised construction over the structure without any sanction plan or structural supervision and support over the seventy year had started construction work by constructed a additional floor in the shape of the second floor and upon resistance of the complainant the above named Munshi Ram had threaten that the they had bribed the MCD official as well as municipal representative despite repeated approach but the same was no of no avail. That over the objection raised by me it seem that the municipal official had as the municipal officials were having hand gloves with him as he had high contact in Municipality they did not stop the un authorized construction raised by the above named munshi Ram which is raised by without any sanction planed and near to the ASI protected Monument OF Moth KI Masjid the municipal official did not take any action and regularly visiting the property and are not doing any action to stop the un authorized construction to which I Have The Lawful right Being the co Owner That various complaint were made to the local MCD and police and even town hall, but no action even on the complaint were made telephonically, but till date no action it seem the police authorities are also having hands glove with the above said Munshi Ram Despite repeated reminder no action taken by the authorities even the Local police of P.S. Hauz Khas on complaint of the complaint threaten to implicate the humble complainant. I through the present complaint request your good self to issue necessary direction whereby the unauthorized construction be booked and stop and seal immediately municipal official did not taking any action please take my present complaint as an advance notice as I was constrained to file written petition against the erroring municipal officials for seeking respective direction to register an FIR against them for involving in grabbing the municipal land and fail to perform duties Request you to please take immediate action.
