I have given my xuv 500 car for service in president motor, surat. First they have charged big amount telling that cluch plate and steering wheel to be changed. For that they have charged 34000. After complete of service when I back to home, my car was not started so I called them, they said there was battery problem. But my battery was new, purchased only 1 year ago and it was exide battery. When I opened bonnet and see, I got shocked my battery was completely changed. I have also bill of my battery. I complaint about it to manager but there was no response from him. So please give me suggestions about what to do.Should I complaint to consumer court? Was this information helpful? | |||
