Greetings, while it was encouraging to see m&m surging in product enhancement and ssi survey, one had every reason to try a m&m product (the tuv300) after being a maruti loyal customer for over a decade. however, the experience that i had at industrial & farm equipment at guwahati gives me every reason not to even consider investing in a m&m product. after an enquiry almost 45 days ago and a phone call on aug 17th, today i receive a promotional text from the concerned sales executive at the dealership. i reverted asking about the status of the exchange of my dzire commercial vehicke which i wanted to exchange for the tuv300. the response of the executive was appalling and distasteful to say the least. i was told "what kind of customer i am" and how "m&m was not interested in such customer". this was conveyed as i pressed for why it was taking so much time to finalise the deal as competitors especially msil does it almost immediately. well then, even we are not interested in buying m&m. the contact number of the executive is [protected].
