I approached Mega automobiles 15 days back three times in a span of five days for purchase of XUV 500 in exchange of my old XYLO EIV. The sales people did not arrange for the test drive nor did they valued my old car. there is not a single responsive call so I drew to surat PRESIDENT motors after confirming from sales person Mr. V ON phone The concerned person at 64 jogani mata showroom is very rude and argumentative such people are unfit for good customercare PRESIDENT MOTORS Due to bitter experience I AM CONFUSED ABOUT SPENDING 18 LAKHS.After making such good SUV MAHINDRA should concentrate in this area. atleast person like MR.V not only tarnish reputation of PRESIDENT MOTORS
